My experience as a photographer goes back to my childhood when my father, an avid amateur himself, put a Kodak Brownie box camera in my hands. He taught me how to develop the Black & White film in a home lab and then enlarge, dodge and burn, and process the prints on Ilford paper. Even in a world where everything is digital and everyone has a camera on their phone, I hope some of those old B&W skills are still present in my photos.
